Fantastisk og smukt.
Så fik jeg endelig opfyldt et gammelt ønske siden jeg var helt ung (jeg er nu næsten 54 år): at besøge Keukenhof. Jeg havde næsten tårer i øjnene da jeg endelig stod i fantastiske Keukenhof. Et absolut blomsterparadis...ikke kun med farvestrålende tulipaner og fantastisk flotte påskeliljer og perlehyacinter men osse en masse andre smukke blomster. Det er et stort sted så man skal sætte hele dagen af til sit besøg. Der er fine butikker med et bredt udvalg af ting. Der er gode toiletforhold. Og venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Keukenhof kan varmt anbefales fra mig. ☺️⚘️🤍🇳🇱🇩🇰

Flot stor have
Stor flot have, værd at besøg når man er i Holland. Vi var der i ca. 4 timer og så det hele, det var så flot. Mange farvede tulipaner også andre blomster. Man kan også tage sin madpakke samt drikkevare med. Ellers er der restauranter. Man kan også købe blomsterløg, både tulipaner samt andre sommerblomster.

Hvad kan man dog opleve i en blomsterpark? Men jeg blev overrasket over størrelsen og ikke mindst kvaliteten af blomsteropsætningerne etc. Imponerende.

Påsketur med teenager familie
Vi besøgte parken i påsken 2022. Tulipanerne blomstrede og alt var meget smukt anlagt. Det er nemt at komme rundt i parken også som gangbesværet. Vi havde to hunde med og det var ikke noget problem. Der er mange besøgende i parken, den er dog så stor at man kan finde plads til sig selv og til at komme rundt. Der er mangler lidt gode spisesteder.

Flotteste park nogen sinde og farverig Meget velplejet og rent
Flotteste park med tulipaner. Lå i skønne omgivelser med træer, stier og vand. Næsten umuligt at blive færdig for det ene flottere end det andet. Navne på alle tulipanerne var godt, da man kunne bestille løg til senere levering Lille legeplads var ok, da Parkens fokus er blomster og ikke børn. Hunde var tilladt

Dejlig oplevelse
Man bliver overvældet af alle farverne og de mange forskellige tulipaner og påskeliljer som parken har. Det er en fornøjelse at gå rundt og se de mange mindre udstillinger og bede. Er man glad for have og blomster er dette et absolut mekka. Selvom man ikke er vild med blomster er det stadig en virkelig god oplevelse at gå rundt i parken.

Mooi maar geen 25 euro waard
Alles stond mooi in bloei, was mooi om te zien, maar veel te druk. Ik vind persoonlijk 25 euro veel geld om in een park te lopen. En 14 euro voor een parkeer ticket, die je niet nodig hebt want je rijd zo de parking af.

Beautiful gardens
Beautiful day out at the gardens. Layout and flowers were stunning so you cant fault Keukenhof. Visitors please be mindful that people are there to observe the flowers not just take selfies and take up time so others cant view the flowers. Food and drinks were overpriced. Other than that loved seeing the Tulips in abundance

Best garden ever visited !
Visited for the 1st time on Monday 7th April with my husband while on holiday in Amsterdam. We'd booked a combi-ticket several weeks before from the official website which included a bus to Keukenhof from RAI bus station in Amsterdam, think you can travel from Amsterdam Central station too if that's nearer to your hotel. We took an uber from our hotel to RAI as it's quite far out. It was very well organised, someone checked our tickets then we queued for a few minutes for the next Keukenhof bus, they were very frequent. The journey took about 40 min as traffic was busy. We got straight in the park. Right away we were blown away by the beautiful flowers ! Everywhere you looked there were stunning colours, some more informal " meadow " style mixed planting & others more geometric shapes, thousands of all colours tulips, daffodils, hyacinths & other Spring flowers, together with lakes, trees, stepping stones, a windmill etc. The smell of the hyacinths was heavenly ! It was the size of a small theme park but of flowers ! We only went in 2 of the pavilions as the weather was so lovely & sunny that week, they would give you shelter on a rainy day I suppose. We saw the pretty roses in 1 pavilion & hundreds of beautiful tulips in the 1 with the large cafeteria. We brought our own lunch & drinks with us as we were lucky it was such a sunny day & ate them on a bench in the picnic area, we bought them from a supermarket in Amsterdam in a backpack. We just bought ice-creams on park but you could buy bulbs etc from various places round the park. The park seems very well equipped for people in wheelchairs etc, all flat, plenty of toilets etc & there's a children's playground. We spent around 5 hours at Keukenhof marvelling at the beautiful flowers, yes it was busy & you sometimes had to wait for people to move on to be able to take the photos you wanted but it's only open a few weeks per year & is world famous so for us it was worth it. I would guess about 80% of the flowers were blooming on the 7th April when we visited, we were very happy with this, I would say maybe the middle of April is the peak time for everything to be flowering. We thoroughly enjoyed our day at Keukenhof & the journey back was just as efficient on the bus. It is the most beautiful garden we've ever seen, thank you to the hard working Keukenhof gardeners !

Really lovely
What an amazing array of flowers. Not only the tulips which were of course fabulous, some in full flower, others just starting to open, but there are also huge pavilions with information, and hot houses with orchids, and roses.

Beautiful tulips to tiptoe through
We visited these beautiful gardens during the local flower festival. Such lovely displays not only of tulips but of other spring bulbs. Some displays were very orderly and others more naturalised. It was crowded but well organised. A lovely day and easy to get to the gardens on the 180 bus from Haarlem station.

Om klokslag 8:00 stonden we voor de deur en gingen we naar binnen. Op dat moment was het nog zeer rustig in het park. Keurig onderhouden en zoveel moois: prachtige geuren en kleuren. Indrukwekkend. Ook de "exposities" in de binnenruimten zijn heel erg fraai al blijft het park/de tuinen wel het allermooiste. Vanaf 9:15 werd het drukker en om 11:00 was het zeer druk. Het is dan soms even file lopen. Maar als je om 8:00 start heb je rond 11 echt alles gezien en is het ook een mooie tijd om weer te vertrekken. Tip: zorg dat je er om 8:00 bent! Dan is het rustig en kan je in het eerste uur voldoende foto's maken zonder messenmassa op de achtergrond. Voordeel is dat je dan ook weer kan vertrekken zonder dat je in de file staat. We hebben er van genoten!

We went in the second week of April, 2025. There were a good number of mid-season and early flowers blooming. Some of the late-season flowers were about to bloom or had not yet come to colour. Some of the early season flowers had died off. Overall, about what we expected. One disappointment with the flowers themselves was that one of the fields on the edge of the venue had been harvested, and was brown. We were hoping to see the endless fields of flowers seen on the web, but I think this is something best viewed elsewhere. We paid for the bus from Schiphol, which, if you also paid for an Amsterdam and Region transit pass, I would advise you not to do, as this is included in the pass at the time of writing. I wish this was indicated on the page where you can purchase the shuttle tickets. The shuttle itself was also late, but not too crowded. The park itself was less crowded than we expected based on what other reviewers have said. We went in the evening mid-week which may have contributed. On the Keukenhof website it indicated that day was "not crowded". Having been to tourist attractions like ZhangJiajie and Shibuya Sky at peak time, I would say the park was more like a mid-day Slojterdijk level of busy. Certainly there were noticeable crowds, but they did not detract from the experience. Overall, if you have never been, I would highly recommend going. However I would not recommend paying for the shuttle if you already have a ticket.

Magnifique, je ne savais pas qu'il existait autant de variétés de tulipes!! Nous y sommes allés à 9h et avons bien fait, repartis vers 14h il commencait à y avoir beaucoup de monde

A must see attraction.
It’s really a must see attraction. Go after April 15th if you can more will be in bloom. It’s almost 7,000,000 flowers and worth your time!

Aiming to the Netherlands don’t ever miss keukenhof
A vibrant and refreshing place to visit. Mother’s nature didn’t disappoint me. Such a beautiful variety of flowers. The entire park and flowers is well organized. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and enjoy the scent of the flowers. The place is well arranged, clean and the staff is doing a great job in terms of maintaining the environment. For lunch don’t expect anything special it’s just simple food at the so called restaurant/canteen. You can order bulbs as they are many different shops and it can be sent almost anywhere in the world (October delivery). Don’t forget about souvenirs of course. Going early in the morning (opening time) is less crowded. The reputation does good to the park. Park is open from end march up to end may. The rest of the year is to maintain and rearrange flower beds.

Early April visit
Lovely day visiting the gardens. Lots of flowers already in bloom to admire. We opted for the whisper boat tour, which involved a 40 min cruise around the fields. This was a nice addition to our visit. Was interesting to learn about how the planting is done to determine when flowers bloom. April is still a good time to visit, even if not all the flowers are out, still plenty to see.

Pick your travel date wisely : not too early, not too late...
The park is great and the gardens are beautiful BUT as hard as the employees may work, they can not influence Mother Nature and blooming time.... It was our second visit : the first time was in May (almost too late in the season I would say) and this one in March (way too early). Third time will be a charm --> it will definitely be in April !

Accessible for wheelchair users and beautiful for all!
Keukenhof was absolutely stunning and surprisingly accessible, despite often being described as "inaccessible." I didn’t bring my wheelchair based on that reputation, but I was relieved to see that wheelchair rentals were available right at the entrance for just 5 Euros—definitely worth it! The park was beautifully maintained, filled with vibrant flowers, and had so much to offer—from lovely walking paths to fun activities and even a scenic boat ride through the tulip fields. It was truly the highlight of my trip to Amsterdam!

Enorm blomsterprakt
Trots att jag inte är någon tulpan- eller blomfantast måste jag erkänna att besöker här var fantastiskt, vilka färgexplosioner och vilken enastående blomsterprakt en sådan här tidig småkall vårdag! Otroligt välskött anläggning, mycket folk men allt fungerade ändå mycket bra! Kom gärna så tidigt som möjligt!

Great day out….
Great day out even at the start of the season. Plenty of flowers blooming though plenty more still to hit their peak in a week or two. The styling of the grounds is superb with fantastic attention to detail. Some of the bulb mixes are mind blowing snd a real feast for the eyes. Parking in P2 was close by and to be recommended. I’d also suggest going later in the day when the crowds disperse snd you get up enjoy the place in greater isolation.

Schön angelegter Park mit Potential nach oben
Ich hatte unsere Eintrittskarten, die Karten für die Fahrt mit dem Flüsterboot und die Gebühr fürs parken vorab schon online bestellt und bezahlt. Dies klappte einwandfrei! Wir waren Ende März in den Niederlanden und hatten Glück 🍀, dass tagelang vorher schon überdurchschnittlich gutes Wetter mit milden Temperaturen herrschte. So blühten schon die Krokusse, Narzissen und die kleinen Tulpen. Die Anfahrt zum Park ist gut ausgeschildert und die Parkanweiser sind sehr nett und achten ganz toll darauf, dass "richtig" geparkt wird 👍 Übrigens ist im ganzen Park das Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Park selbst ist sehr schön angelegt, obwohl ich sagen muss, dass bei der Kreativität sicherlich noch einiges heraus zu holen ist. Auch die Beschriftung im Park ist gut. Zudem bekommt man am Eingang noch einen kostenlosen Wegeplan mit. Die Ausstellungshallen, nach Themen unterteilt, sind recht ansprechend. Dort blühten bei unserem Besuch auch schon die "großen" Tulpen. Im Großen und Ganzen hat es uns im Keukenhof sehr gut gefallen und wir waren wohl auch überdurchschnittlich lange dort. Man könnte allerdings die Blumen noch etwas besser präsentieren. Die Preise für kleinere Leckereien, wie z.B. Fischbrötchen sind schon reichlich überteuert. Die Flüsterboot ist ganz nett, kann man sich meiner Meinung nach aber sparen

An amazing time at Keukenhof in The Netherlands
When I had visited Keukenhof in Lisse in the The Netherlands to see and visit The Flower Show all of the flowers I saw many years ago in April time were Extremely lovely and Beautiful flowers indeed. Keukenhof in The Netherlands itself is definitely worth visiting and Netherlands itself is an Exceptionally Beautiful country itself.

Certes il y a du monde mais on peut quand même bien en profiter et j’ai trouvé ce parc relaxant avec toutes ses fleurs . Certes toutes les tulipes ne sont pas toutes là mais dans l’ensemble c’est très beau . C’est très bien entretenu un grand bravo

Spectacular, vibrant - a visual treat
Truly Special. It was a beautiful place - resplendent in such vibrant colours it left a lasting impression. I have been to many gardens - but this place left a lasting impression. Must visit if you are in Amserdam. In fact since the garden is open for only 2-3 months a year - its worth planning your visit to Amsterdam in that period

Not for me but more for oldies and women
Not many tulips are blooming. My wife loves it. Not for me though. Was very cold day. Seen it in 30’. We are with a group so we have to kill 2.5 more hours until we can leave. Perhaps taking an Uber to get out of here

Worth a visit but wait until April and tulips are in flower
We visited end March and no tulips out - but Daffadils and crocus were flowering. Recommend a quick train ride ride to Haarlem from Centraal and then getting the Keukenhof bus (you have to book this - we did on the train there) as Haarlem is well worth a visit as well. Would recommend waiting until April to visit as it’s the same price and it would look wonderful with all the tulips out.

Es war ein wunderbarer Tag im Keukenhof
Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist. Schon bei der Einweisung in den Parkplatz war alles super gut organisiert. Es wurde sogar drauf geachtet, dass wir in Ruhe aussteigen konnten und das nächste Auto wurde so eingewiesen, dass es uns nicht tangierte. Da wir unsere Eintrittskarten online bestellt hatten, gab es auch kein Anstehen. Das ganze Areal ist wunderschön, mit Liebe und Sorgfalt gestaltet und gepflegt. Eine Pracht. Lohnt sich auf alles Fälle. Auch für das leibliche Wohl ist gesorgt. Es gibt einige Kaffes / Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und genug Toiletten. Bei der Abreise wurde vom Verkehrsdienst wiederum sehr gut für dafür gesorgt, dass man sich stressfrei in den Verkehr der Hauptstrasse einordnen konnte. Alles in allem ein herrlicher Tag, dank auch den vielen netten Angestellten, vom Verkehrsdienst bis zum Verkäufer:innen, den Gärtnern und all lieben Menschen in der Restauration, die helfen, wo sie nur können. Abundant Floral Experience
Abundant collection of beautifully laid out gardens of tulips & other bulbs. Such a short viewing period, so plan your trip to the Netherlands accordingly. We purchased our tickets online, for the garden entry & a boat tour through the fields, skirting the gardens. We took a train from Amsterdam to catch the bus to Keukenhov, located just outside of the train station. Bring warm clothing & rainwear. The experience will delight the senses!

A bit touristy but worth it
It's a great place to see all kinds of tulips, just don't expect a field of flowers you can run thru. This is a garden so all flowers are behind rope. There are some fields nearby but by May almost all flowers are gone, so plan accordingly. There are gift shops, a couple of food trucks and an old-style windmill you can go inside.

Ein Blumenparadies im Frühling!
Keukenhof ist absolut bezaubernd! Wenn du Blumen liebst, ist dieser Ort ein wahr gewordener Traum. Die riesigen, bunten Blumenfelder sind einfach beeindruckend, vor allem im Frühling, wenn alles in voller Blüte steht. Die verschiedenen Blumenarten, von Tulpen über Hyazinthen bis hin zu Narzissen, schmücken das gesamte Gelände und bieten eine unglaubliche Farbenpracht. Der Park ist hervorragend gepflegt, und die Wege führen durch wunderschön angelegte Gärten, die für jeden Naturliebhaber ein Highlight sind. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die Vielfalt an Blumenarrangements – es fühlt sich an, als ob man durch verschiedene Themenwelten wandert. Es gibt auch viele Fotomöglichkeiten, um die Schönheit der Blumenlandschaft einzufangen. Ein weiteres tolles Plus: Der Keukenhof ist gut organisiert. overcrowded, but beautiful
Do your research for when the flowers are in full bloom and plan to go during that time. The garden was wonderful and vibrant. Too crowded for my liking, but that is to be expected for such a great spot.

This is a well-executed concept, although there are additional fees for boat rides and other activities. It's still worth visiting, as the gardens are beautifully maintained. Clearer signage would enhance the experience. The spring blooms are a must-see, but unfortunately, the food quality is disappointing.

A Few Tips About Keukenhof
It is recommended that you purchase your tickets on-line. You must put the time and date of your planned entrance. What happens if it is raining? On an average, 26,000 people visit Keukenhof daily as it is only opened for eight weeks from March to the beginning of May. The best times to visit changes seasonally. Usually, the last 2 weeks in April and the first week in May are usually good. On the Keukenhof web site states that they have an allotment of tickets. You can take a chance and go early to get a ticket the day of. We had already pre-booked our ticket and going in the gate was fast. Luckily, it was indeed a nice day. We stayed in Haarlem. The city is a superb alternative to crazy and busy Amsterdam. Haarlem is like a mini-Amsterdam with canals, history and good places to eat. There are dedicated buses throughout the region. The one in Haarlem left near the train station. Unfortunately, it was about an hour late on our day. Our ticket also included the use of all transportation in and around Amsterdam. We found this useful in our 15-minute train ride into Amsterdam, and our bus from the airport into Haarlem. The park is large, 79 acres (32 Hectares). There are supposedly over 7 million tulips with 800 varieties of bulbs. There is much more than, Tulips, though. We also saw roses, lilies, hyacinths, carnations and irises to name a few flowers. The gardens and ponds with sprouting water are magical. One can take a boat ride, rent a bike for trails and even take a helicopter tour. We opted to walk through the many gardens, pavilions, sculptures and even to a large windmill. Food prices are not unreasonable either. There are unquestionably many photo opportunities. We liked the rounded pads over the water that made one feel that they were actually walking on water. In another area is a small pond with shops and a wagon that played mechanical music. In another pavilion, there is an actual pink Cadillac to sit in. We actually came across a beautiful parade. One day was not enough, but we did give the park a good view. Beautiful displays
Stunning displays, well worth a visit! Not only for the tulips but for all the other flowers. Huge gardens and easily at least a few hours to cover the whole place on foot.

Gorgeous
I visited near the very end of the season, and there was still plenty to see. Used the round trip shuttle bus. Scheduled time to go there. Could get anyone going back. Simple apple pie and hot chocolate for breakfast at one of the cafes. Dutch fries for lunch from one of the trucks. Did the whisper boat even though fields were nearly all harvested. Still enjoyed seeing all the bird life on it.

Takes your breath away
This place is beautiful and so big that you can spend a few hours here. We enjoyed all the different tulips but the best part of the garden is the area by the water with lots of trees. They have a few gift shops and a cafe.

Keukenhof - The GOAT of Tulip Fields
Went here with my mom and both of us loved it. We went with a tour group of 50+ people and most of us enjoyed it. Would come back here again 10/10

Also lovely when it rains dogs and cats
We came a few days before the season was over. I thought it would be sad since it was raining too. But to my surprise, you had enough to see, although they will close soon for this year. Also, some indoor venues allow a pleasurable visit during bad weather. Only the restaurants: overpriced but ok for mass tourist feeding. You cannot expect more when you see places like this.

Un magnifique parc superbement entretenu. Des tulipes et des bulbes de printemps à foison. … La promenade en bateau sur les canaux est superbe et les explications sur les champs de tulipes sont de qualité. Une très belle journée en famille

El tour está muy bien, en cambio si ya has hecho un freetour por la ciudad recomiendo el crucero primero, te da una vista más general, mi amiga y yo al haber hecho antes el freetour volvimos a ver sitios en los que ya habíamos estado.

Amsterdam City River Cruise
The canal cruise was perfect, the captin come guide gave us headphones to listen in our own language. The riverboat was clean and tidy, easy to walk on and off, it was a nice day and we got some beautiful pictures!! A great end to a fantastic tourist holiday!!

Early evening cruise
We did the early evening cruise to see the lights of the city. Easy to get tickets by turning up and allocated the next cruise. There is an audio link that you can use, but we decided to just sit outside and watch the views. An hour cruise which was interesting and pretty.

Great information finding cruise
We had an hour cruise around the canals in Amsterdam and learnt a lot whilst doing it. We really enjoyed every second. My five year old didn’t want to get off. The captain was also very knowledgeable.

La promenade sur les canaux dure une heure. Les audio guides permettent de suivre les commentaires dans différentes langues. Le long de cette promenade fluviale, nous découvrons l'histoire de la ville et des monuments "célèbres". Par contre, le confort est rudimentaire.

A fab way to see Amsterdam
We had a really lovely time on the one-hour canal cruise. Our captain was very lovely and cracked a good few jokes throughout the tour. The GPS guided tour via the headphones was a fab idea and there were so many language options available which was a really pleasant surprise. We learned so much about the history of the city and the tour even helped us to find places to visit again in further detail after the tour. The price was extremely reasonable considering the excellent experience we got, and our boat even left a little early which was nice. All in all, we would definitely recommend it!

The captian made the experience
We really enjoyed it. We show I I amsterdam cards at the ticket office ans were on a boat and on our way within 10 minutes. Our captain (Tony I believe was his name) was lovely ,cheerful and very knowledge of the area, he also had 2 traniees with him and they were also lovely. The facilties were clean. If I hadn't have had the I amsterdam card I would have still paid what the price was (which I think is reasonable).

Go with Lovers
Booked through Get Your Guide literally 20 mins before boarding. They let us join a boat that was boarding as soon as we got there, which was great, no standing around as they weren’t so busy. We took a daytime trip and glad we did. Maybe evening cruises would be better in warmer months with open boats. The boat was modern, clean and warm and no condensation at all during any part of our cruise. The headphones were included and the audio commentary was interesting. The captain also added bits and pieces of extra info which was appreciated. It was a great introduction to the canals of Amsterdam as we decided to do this trip literally an hour after arriving in Amsterdam. It helped us with our bearings and with general historical info about the city. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is that we seemed to stay on one canal, no museums seen, no Anne Frank house, nothing like that, which was a shame as lots of tourists probably visit these places afterwards. Maybe the canal boat starting from the museums area take that route? We took the one from the station. There are lots of canal boat companies, but we were more than happy with Lovers as their boats appear a lot more modern than many others we saw. I would definitely recommend the cruise and my teenage daughter said it was one of the nicest things we did when in Amsterdam.

A Great Way To See The City
Done the open boat tour during the summer. A great way to see the city and the audio guide gave plenty of information along the way. Extremely relaxing to the point I almost fell asleep half way around. Would definitely do the tour again if I’m back in Amsterdam

Quick visit to see Amsterdam
Guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Although it rained, I still enjoyed the tour. The only complaint was the audio was difficult to hear at times.
