The city centre square of Rådhuspladsen is the site of several of the city’s main attractions, including Ripley’s Believe It or Not! odditorium. This is the only odditorium in Scandinavia and displays over 500 curiosities and exhibits over two floors. Here you’ll find yourself a long way from everyday life’s normalities to discover a world of curious from around the world.
Everything you see here is or was real, whether you believe it or not. Entering the odditorium is like opening a box of hidden treasures. From two-headed cows to genuine shrunken heads and letters written on a grain of rice, you can see it all at Ripley’s Believe It or Not! museum in Copenhagen.
At Ripley’s Copenhagen you can meet extraordinary people from the past and the present as well as discover horrifying torture instruments people once used on each other, like a genuine chastity belt or iron maiden, and get up close and personal with a real mummified hand!
Explore the interactive exhibits to find out if you can keep your balance in the Vortex Tunnel and take pictures as you walk on the walls of the illusion zone. Everyone has some form of curiosity in their attic, so does Robert Ripley. In Ripley’s attic you can immerse yourself in his collection of oddities, incredible art and memorabilia.
Want to make sure you don’t miss out on this amazing experience? Book your tickets online and start planning your visit to this wonderous world. Ripley’s is one of the weirdest attractions in Copenhagen and a fun experience no matter how old you are! Want to see more? The Hans Christian Andersen Experience is right next door! Or you could grab Ripley’s Fun Pass Copenhagen and enjoy entrance to four attractions — all with just one pass!

This was a stop we made for the kids after a long day of sightseeing. We only went because it was part of the Copenhagen Card. I would not have paid the admission to get in otherwise. However, it was mildly interesting and gave us something to do after all of the regular tourist attractions had closed for the day. The kids enjoyed themselves, so it was worth the visit.

More fun than I expected. I had read the mixed reviews & thought we would stop in for corny kicks because we stayed at Scandic Palace Hotel right next to it & we have the Copenhagen Card. But it was very interesting & there was also the Hans Christian Andersen segment to walk through.

The funniest museum ever in Copenhagen! I like the little fake jungle, the 2-faced cow and the ballet shoe car outside as well!

This was even better than we thought it was going to be. The museum was interactive and we had a lot of fun. We got to go using the Copenhagen card.

Believe it or not.

Er staan een heleboel dingen die inderdaad "believe it or not" waardig zijn.
